Considering Open Enrollment? Discover Newton Falls Schools.

Families outside the Newton Falls Exempted Village School District are invited to explore the opportunity to become part of the Tiger family through statewide open enrollment.

Newton Falls Schools proudly welcomes students from across Ohio through an application process designed to give families access to the programs, support, and school community they are seeking.

In accordance with Board Policy 6.05, the district permits the enrollment of students from other school districts, subject to the terms, conditions, and procedures outlined in policy.

At Newton Falls, we are committed to providing a supportive, student-centered educational experience where children are known, valued, and encouraged to grow.

We believe families deserve strong schools, caring staff, and opportunities that help students succeed both in and out of the classroom.

The deadline to submit an open enrollment application is July 1. Families will be notified of application decisions by August 1, and the superintendent of the student’s home district will also be notified upon approval.

As provided in Board Policy 6.05, exceptions to the July 1 deadline may be granted when determined appropriate by the Superintendent.

Students accepted through open enrollment are not subject to tuition.

Applications are available in the Superintendent’s Office, located at 909 1/2 Milton Blvd., Newton Falls, OH, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or by using the application link below.

If you have questions or would like assistance, please contact Mrs. Dee Howard, Executive Administrative Assistant, at (330) 235-1967.

We are proud of what Newton Falls Schools has to offer, and we welcome families to learn more about the opportunities available here.

If you are looking for a district where students are supported, challenged, and encouraged to belong, Newton Falls may be the right fit for your family.
